The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 44 dated 19.07.2023 registered under Sections 323, 148, 149 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on, Section 148, 149 IPC deleted, Section 34 IPC and Section 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sadar Amir Khas, District Fazilka and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-3). 2. This Court vide order dated 08.09.2025 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
