By way of the present petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.123 dated 19.08.2025, under Sections 21, 29 and 27A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short - ‘the NDPS Act’) registered at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Briefly stated, on 19.08.2025, the police party apprehended the co-accused, namely, Gurjit Singh @ Raja, Angrej Singh @ Hira and Pardeep Kumar @ Deepu for having illegal possession of 102 grams of heroin and an amount of Rs.750/- drug money. Petitioner has been nominated in the present FIR on the basis of disclosure statement made by co-accused Gurjit Singh @ Raja vide rapat No.20 dated 20.08.2025 and on 06.09.2025, 10 grams of heroin was recovered from the possession of pet
