No.18 of 29.03.2016 arising out of FIR bearing No. 84 of 28.11.2015 registered under Sections 279, 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa whereby the revisionist-petitioner had been convicted for commission of offences punishable under Sections 279 and 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced as under:- Under Section Sentence Fine In default of payment of fine 279 I.P.C.
