Prayer in the present petition is for initiation of proceedings under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondent for alleged willful disobedience of the directions issued by the Writ Court vide order dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed in LPA No.1843-2019 & connected matters and order dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed in LPA-709-2025, whereby the Division Bench of this Court has decided the aforesaid LPA-709-2025 in terms of the judgment passed in LPA-1843-2019 titled as State of Punjab and Another vs. Karamjeet Kaur decided on 09.04.2025. 2.
