The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking directions to learned trial Court for expeditious disposal of application (Annexure P-3) filed for preservation & supply of CCTV footage is pending adjudication before the trial Court. 2. The limited prayer made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he moved an application for preservation and supply of the CCTV footage dated 28.10.2025 of Toll Plaza, before the trial Court and the same is pending for the last more than six months. In support of this contention, learned counsel further drew the attention of this Court towards zimni orders passed by the trial Court (Annexure P-5). As such, learned counsel prayed that directions be issued for expeditious disposal of the aforementioned application, in a time bound manner. SONIA PURI 2026.05.1
