This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in complaint case NC Crime No.79 dated 15.11.2022 under Sections 8, 8A, 18, 21, 23, 25, 27A, 27B, 28, 29, 60 and 62 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station NCB Chandigarh, Chandigarh. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.49272 of 2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 23.03.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and since the trial was at the fag end, the petition was disposed of with a direction to learned trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial in accordance with law.
