223 IOIN-1-CRM-M-3183-2025 in CRM-M-3183-2025 BALIHAR SINGH V/S STATE OF PUNJAB Present:- None for the petitioner. Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, Addl. A.G., Punjab. ***** 1. The petitioner had initially filed a petition under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., with a prayer to grant concession of bail to him in case FIR No. 15 dated 06.06.2023 under Sections 21, 25, 27-A and 29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, District Amritsar. 2. Vide order dated 28th October 2025, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the same on or before 30th April 2026. The District and Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran was directed to send a compliance report to this Court and the matter was disposed of. 3. Today, the Registry of the Court has reported that the compliance report has already been received and the trial has been disposed of. 4. In view of the submissions of compliance report by the District and Sessions Judge Tarn Taran, the IOIN stands disposed of.
