City Rampura, District Bathinda with a further diretion to issue appropriate direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take necessary action against all the accused named in the abovesaid FIR. 2. Learned State counsel submits that challan has already been presented and charges have also been framed in the instant FIR. 3. In the light of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
