The revision petition assails order dated 11.02.2020 passed by the Appellate Authority, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner-tenant against order dated 14.12.2016 passed by the Court of Rent Controller, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, vide which the eviction petition filed by the respondent-landlord was allowed. 2.
