SDJM, Narwana, in pending complaint bearing No. NACT/141/2024 dated 06.05.2024 CNR number HRJNA00006842024 titled as "Dhan Singh Vs Baldev Kumar", Under Section 138 of NI Act, 1881 whereby the bail of the Petitioner was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited to the State and warrant of arrest of the petitioner was issued. 2.
