This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 08.04.2026 passed by ld. SDJM, Narwana in complaint bearing NO. NACT/183/2024 dated 01.06.2024 CNR No. HRJNA00011762024 titled as “Dhan Singh Vs Baldev Kumar” under Section 138 of NI Act vide which bail order of the petitioner was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited and warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on 08.04.2026 due to some medical reasons.
