(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant regular pay scale to the petitioners from the date of their appointment with all consequential benefits. 2. Learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 14.05.2026, which is retained on the case file as Annexure ‘A’ along with its enclosures. Referring to the same, he submits that all the petitioners except petitioner no.11, have already been granted the claimed benefit. They have been released regular pay scale along with arrears, and two increments have also been awarded to them; details whereof have been mentioned in the instructions. So far as petitioner no.11 is concerned, her record is not traceable. He further submits that in case she has any grievance left
