Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.20 dated 02.02.2025, under Sections 103, 351(3), 191(3), 190 of BNS (Sections 61(2) of BNS added later on) and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2. Incident and consequential FIR were registered on 02.02.2025, wherein complainant-Balraj Singh @ Kala (brother of the deceased Sukhraj Singh) named the accused as (i) Kuldeep Singh @ Kala, (ii) Vishal Singh @ Hunter, (iii) Balkar Singh, (iv) Gurjit Singh @ Chuhi, and 2–3 unknown persons, who had arrived at the spot on two motorcycles, all armed with kirpans and kapas.
