Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to hand over/transfer the investigation of FIR No.595 dated 13.10.2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station DLF, District Gurugram to independent ageny i.e. CBI or to some other Senior IPS Officer and to conduct further investigation in view of the facts mentioned in the present petition. 2.
