(Oral) This petition is the first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.111 dated 08.10.2022, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149, 120-B, 326 and 307 of [now corresponding to Sections 115, 118(1), 118(2), 109, 191(2), 189(2) and 61(2) of the ] Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar Rural. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Abjeet Kumar @Bittu’ hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
