The appellants have filed the present appeal against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 25.09.2008, passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, whereby, the appellants were ordered to be convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 364,323 and 324 r/w Section 34 of IPC and were sentenced accordingly.
