A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.05.2026, executed under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, has been placed on record. 2. Respective counsel for the parties submit that all outstanding disputes between the parties have been settled in terms thereof. 3.
