(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking setting aside/ modification of the impugned order dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Appellate Court, in appeal No.CRA-248-2025 dated 09.04.2025 titled “Bal Kishan Chauhan vs Uttam” to the extent of imposition of condition to deposit 20% of amount of compensation of Rs.1,00,00,000/- within a period of 60 days, for granting bail to the petitioner. 2.
