Special Court, Mansa whereby bail and surety bonds of petitioner have been cancelled and non bailable warrants have been issued in case FIR No.0085 dated 02.06.2021 u/s 21, 29, 61, 85 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suffering from acute viral Hepatitis and was advised bed rest. Consequently, he could not appear before the learned trial Court on the date fixed.
