(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.173 dated 04.05.2025 registered under Sections 110, 115, 333, 351(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3.
