(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the official respondents to take appropriate action against the accused persons in terms of the report dated 20.04.2024 submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Office of the Lokayukta, Haryana, Chandigarh, in respect of FIR No. 67 dated 26.04.2023, registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal. A further direction has been sought to incorporate the names of other accused persons in the said FIR and to thereafter file a status report before this Court. 2.
