In the present Letters Patent Appeal, the challenge is to the order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.38808 of 2025 by which, the claim of the petitioners (appellants herein) has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that though, the extension of time was sought upto October, 2026 to deposit the remaining amount, which has not been accepted by the learned Single Judge hence, having no other option, the appellants have arranged and deposited the remaining amount payable yesterday itself, hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to approach the learned Single Judge for taking sympathetic view to extend the deadline till the date the amount required has been deposited by the appellan
