The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 240 dated 10.08.2023 under Sections 420,120-B of IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Amritsar, Punjab (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on basis of compromise dated 04.03.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2.
