Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS (corresponding to Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail in FIR No. 120 dated 20.02.2026, registered at Police Station Sonepat, Haryana, under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of the BNS (corresponding to Sections 420 and 416 IPC), and Sections 66 read with Sections 43, 66D, and 75 of the IT Act, 2008. 2. Upon receipt of secret information that, for the past several days, certain persons were operating an illegal call centre in the Industrial Area, Kundli, within Factory No. 394, and were cheating people through phone calls, a raid was conducted by members of the police team. During the raid, 16 boys and 4 girls were found working there, using laptops and headphones, and conversing in English. They were apprehended. Version recorded in the FIR reads as under:
