This is an incomplete case which is pending before this Court since January 2026, and has been listed before this Court by the registry for passing appropriate orders. In fact, there is a general direction for listing all those cases, which have neither been pursued, nor the requisite corrections and the defects as pointed out by the registry, have been removed. 2. Considering the fact that the main petition was filed seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.52, dated 08.02.2025, under Sections 191(2), 190, 109, 121(2), 351(3), 324(4), 305, 212 of BNS, 2023 and 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Bhiwani, and further noticing that no one has appeared to remove the objections/deficiencies pointed out by the Registry, the present petition is liable to be disposed of in accordance with law. 3. Thus, the present petition is hereby dismissed, same being neither valid nor prosecuted
