Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.152 dated 17.06.2025, registered under Sections 4, 4(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Sadar Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh. 2. Brief acts of the prosecution case are that the petitioner alongwith other co-accused had committed carnal intercourse with the minor son of complainant. 3.
