Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he does not want to pursue this appeal and, hence, the same be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Ordered accordingly. 4, The statutory amount shall be released to the complainant and in case any amount is still due as per the Award, the same shall also be released within a period of 08 weeks from today.
