MANDEEP PANNU, J (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for direction to the respondents to take action in the FIR No.0166 dated 05.09.2024 registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 191(3), 190, 333 and 298 BNS (Annexure P-1) in the Police Station Beas Police, District Amritsar Rural, as the accused have not been arrested yet and for providing protection of life and liberty to the petitioner. 2. Learned State counsel submits that accused in this case have already been arrested. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representation dated 09.09.2024 (Annexure P-8), qua threat perception, within a time bound manner. 4. Without commenting upon the merits of the case and in view of the submission made by learned counsel for
