Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.42 dated 05.03.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 160 (Section 307 and 201 added later on) of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner along with the co-accused created a ruckus and both parties allegedly fired shots from their weapons, due to which an atmosphere of panic was created. During the incident, one Prithpal Singh sustained injuries due to a gunshot. Consequently, the present FIR was registered. 3.
