By way of filing present petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners have sought quashing of DDR No.036 dated 11.12.2024 under Sections 115(2), 333 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana in FIR No.0152 dated 8.12.2024 under Sections 109, 115(2) and 3 of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act on the basis of compromise/settlement dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. This Court vide order dated 31.01.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise.
