The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners and release due remuneration/honorarium with arrears and recognize the services rendered by them since 2009 as Artificial Insemination (AI) Workers, in terms of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Annexure P-1) and Advertisement dated 19.08.2008 (Annexure P-2) and to release other consequential benefits to the petitioners. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars by attaching the necessary documents. 3.
