(Oral): Called out repeatedly, however, both the parties are unrepresented. On 14.07.2025, the parties were directed to appear before the learned trial Court and get their statements recorded. However, they failed to do so. Thereafter on 07.04.2026 another opportunity was accorded to the parties to get their statements recorded before the learned trial Court, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-. Today, there is nothing on record to show that cost has been paid by the petitioner nor anybody is here to represent the petitioner. The report of the learned trial Court has been received. As per report the parties did not appear before the learned trial Court for recording of statements.
