The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside of medical invalidation order dated 27.07.2024 (Annexure P-4). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 14.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) within a time bound manner. 3.
