Pursuant to the previous order, an affidavit of Sanjib Kumar Das, authorized signatory of petitioner-Bank, has been filed, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the affidavit shows that petitioner had appointed a security guard to protect the property but in May, 2025, the contract of security agency was cancelled. A new security agency was engaged with effect from 01.07.2025, but in the interregnum, locks of secured asset had been broken and it has been trespassed by the borrower. Petitioner lodged a complaint on 11.09.2025, Annexure P-5, with the police authorities. 3.
