For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the no objection from the respondent-Insurance Company, the same is allowed and the delay of 60 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. Main case Both the parties have agreed for full and final settlement with the enhanced compensation at Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees five lakhs and fifty thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT, Gurugram. The enhanced amount is to be credited to the account of the claimant within a period of eight weeks from today. The claimant has undertaken to provide the bank details enabling the respondent-Insurance SHWETA Company to credit the amount through RTGS within a week
