(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents No. 3 and 4 to produce the detenue, namely, Manisha-daughter of the petitioner before this Court and to set her at liberty from the illegal custody of respondent No.5. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the detenue, namely, Manisha is the daughter of the petitioner.
