The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 29.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-27022-2025, titled as ‘Aslam Khan vs. State of Haryana and others’ whereby the writ petition was disposed of on the basis of statement made by learned counsel for the State that the enquiry against respondent No. 9 therein shall be completed and taken to its logical end within a period of 03 months. 2.
