Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 217 dated 30.08.2023, under Sections 379-B(2) and 34 of Indian Penal Code, (Section 411 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an allegation regarding the snatching of motorcycle bearing registration No. PB-10-EM-4856 from complainant-Jitu Kumar. The said allegation has been levelled against a total of six accused persons, namely Sonu, Munish Anda (the present petitioner), Sandeep @ Shona, Nitin, and Dev. 3.
