In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 to 4 not to send the petitioner on Intermediate School Course till the time his representations are decided. 2. The learned State counsel submits that the similar issue was decided by this Court in CWP No.21095 of 2016 titled as “Sukhwinder Singh & others Vs. State of Punjab and another and connected cases” and the same was dismissed on 22.01.2026. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner could not dispute the abovesaid facts or distinguish the judgment relied upon by the learned State counsel.
