This is a petition for anticipatory bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’, in a case arising out of FIR No.405 dated 25.10.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 316(2) & 318(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3 of Haryana Protection of Interest & Depositors in Financial Establishment Act 2014, Police Station Gohana City, District Sonipat. 2. Vide order dated 01.05.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer.
