The Tribunal vide award dated 13.04.2023 had granted compensation to the tune of Rs.7,66,600/- along with interest on account of injuries suffered by the injured in a motor vehicular accident. 2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the case, a detailed settlement/agreement dated 06.04.2026 has been entered into between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court and as per the said agreement, which is placed on record of the present case, an additional compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- is to be paid to the appellant by respondent No.2-insurance NARESH KUMAR 2026.05.22 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document/j
