Ashwani Goyal’ as well as the summoning order dated 06.06.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridkot under Sections 420/468/464/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and order dated 05.09.2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Faridkot, whereby revision filed against the summoning order dated 06.06.2018, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that since the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 02.02.2026 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridkot, he seeks withdrawal of the instant petition.
