This is an incomplete case which is pending before this Court since February 2026, and has been listed before this Court by the registry for passing appropriate orders. In fact, there is a general direction for listing all those cases, which have neither been pursued, nor the requisite corrections and the defects as pointed out by the registry, have been removed. 2. Considering the fact that the main petition was filed seeking grant of Pre-arrest/Anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.129, dated 24.09.2025, under Sections 305, 115(2), 331(6), 324(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, registered at P.S. City-2, Abohar, District Fazilka, and further noticing that no one has appeared to remove the objections/deficiencies pointed out by the Registry, the present petition is liable to be disposed of in accordance with law. 3.
