(ORAL) The present revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by petitioner/plaintiff being aggrieved by impugned order dated 07.04.2026 (Annexure P-6), passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Palwal, whereby application for appointment of local commissioner for demarcation of suit property preferred by respondents/defendants was allowed. 2. In the present case, petitioner/plaintiff had preferred a suit for permanent injunction claiming that suit property duly described in the plaint was owned and possessed by the petitioner/plaintiff and respondents/ defendants are trying to interfere in the peaceful possession.
