MANDEEP PANNU, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 of Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 81, dated 30.03.2026, under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190, 351(2) and 351 (3) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 323, 325, 324, 148, 149 and 506 of IPC), registered at Police Station Gate Hakima, District Amritsar. This Court vide order dated 21.04.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.
