The learned Single Judge has refused to interfere with the order of the employer awarding an adverse ACR entry to the appellant for the year 2009 on the ground that the filing of the writ petition in 2025, assailing such entry, suffers from inordinate delay and unexplained laches. 2. We find that the reasons assigned by the learned Single Judge for refusing to entertain the matter after 16 years merit no interference. The instant appeal is otherwise filed with a delay of 176 days. 3. In that view of the matter, the instant appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed. 4.
