(Oral) The present petition under Section 528, BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.327 dated 20.10.2025 (Annexure P-1), for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 190, 191(2), 351(2), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 (307, 148, 149, 506, 120-B of IPC) and 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad, with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 20.02.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. Vide order dated 06.04.2026, the affected parties were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, for getting their respective statements recorded with regard to the compromise.
