Mr. Kinra has raised objection and submits that the order impugned in the present appeal is appealable and the appeal lies not before this Court, but before the District Judge, Sonipat. He relies upon Usha Devi vs. Shashi Bhushan 2010(40) RCR (Civil) 301, Jatinder Kaur and anr. vs. Jaskiran Kaur and others, Manpreet Kaur vs. General Public & others and Shanti Devi vs. State and others. 2.
