It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 165 dated 26.09.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 22 and 29 of ‘the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985’ and Section(s) 221 and 132 of ‘the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023’ Police Station City-II, Police District Khanna, Punjab. 2. Vide order dated 28.01.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer.
