The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Naagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.17 dated 07.02.2026, registered under Sections 115, 118(1), 3(5), 333 and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and (Sections 115(2), 118(2), 117(2) of BNS added later on), at Police Station Satnali, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. 2.
